CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW POLICY

Late Cancellations are Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You must provide at least 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. Guests who cancel their appointments without at least 24-hours notice, or who do not show up for their reserved appointment time, are subject to our cancellation fees as described below.

First Late Cancel:

You get one late cancel as a freebie. We will inform you about the Cancellation Policy and remind you that a Second Late Cancel will incur a charge of 50% of your cancelled appointment.

Second Late Cancel:

A Second Late Cancel will incur a fee of 50% of the cancelled appointment. This fee will be posted to your salon account. Accumulated fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments. NOTE: The fee will go toward the second late-canceled appointment, not toward your next appointment.

Third Late Cancel:

A Third Late Cancel, will incur a fee of 100% of the service booked. This fee will be posted to your salon account. Accumulated fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments. NOTE: The fee will go toward the third late-canceled appointment, not toward your next appointment.

After the Third Late Cancel, subsequent Late Cancels will be subject to the 100% fee of the service booked.

No-Shows

A No-Show is when no effort is made to cancel your appointment, and you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment.

First No-Show:

If you No-Show for a scheduled appointment, you will receive a telephone call from us informing you that you missed a scheduled appointment. A fee of 50% of your missed service(s) will be posted to your salon account. Accumulated fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments. NOTE: The fee will go toward the missed appointment, not your future appointment.

Second No-Show:

If you No-Show for a scheduled appointment a second time, a fee equal to 100% of the missed service(s) will be posted to your salon account. Accumulated fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments. NOTE: The fee will go toward the missed appointment, not your future appointment.

Late Arrivals

Late Arrivals are arrivals more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals will be treated as Late Cancellations. Please call us if you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. If possible, we will try to make it work. However, it is possible we may ask you to reschedule your visit to another day if it interferes with another client’s appointment time. This will be treated as a Late Cancellation.
